近日，日本RS科技中国区投资总部项目签约落户厦门，计划注册资本约6500万美元。日本RS科技集团为旅日侨商方永义先生于2011年创办，2015年在东京证交所上市。2023年集团营业收入为500亿日元，员工约1800名，其中硅片循环利用业务约205亿日元，占全球市场33%份额，市场占有率全球第一。此次RS科技集团中国区投资总部签约落户厦门，将从事RS科技集团在中国大陆的新设投资管理业务、结算业务和研发业务。中国区投资总部还将根据业务开展情况，在同等条件下优先在厦门市设立生产基地，开展相关制造业并购和先进技术赋能等业务。RS科技集团表示对在厦门的投资前景充满信心，将进一步拓展在半导体、新能源等领域的合作，推动更多项目尽快落地，为厦门高质量发展贡献更大力量。

Recently, the nation’s first "Global Bonded Repair for Medical Devices" project was officially launched in Xiamen Free Trade Zone, expanding the scope of bonded repair services from “domestic only” to “global reach.” Bonded repair allows companies in special customs-supervised zones, such as comprehensive bonded areas, to import goods for inspection and repair, deferring both import duties and other import-related taxes until re-export, without requiring tax guarantees, thereby effectively easing cash flow pressures for companies.

The pilot project will further integrate domestic companies into global high-end medical device supply chains, enhancing the after-sales maintenance capabilities of Chinese-made medical devices and providing more convenient after-sales service support for the overseas expansion of advanced domestic medical devices. Currently, 13 companies in the Xiamen Free Trade Zone engage in bonded repair services, covering products such as aircraft and components, computers, circuit boards, and headphones.

近日，全国首个“医疗器械全球保税维修”项目正式落地厦门自贸片区，实现了医疗器械保税维修项目从“修自产”到“修全球”的跨越。保税维修是指综合保税区等海关特殊监管区域内的企业以保税方式将待维修的货物运入区内进行检测维修，结束后再复运出境，期间暂缓缴纳进口关税及进口环节税，也无需提供税款担保，能够有效避免企业的流动资金占用。

试点开展“医疗器械全球保税维修”业务，能够进一步推动国内企业融入全球高端医疗器械产业链和供应链，提升国产医疗器械的售后维修保障能力，也能够为国产高端医疗器械出海提供更加便捷的售后服务保障。目前，厦门自贸片区共有13家企业开展保税维修业务，主要涉及飞机及其零部件、电脑、电路板、耳机等产品。

Recently, the construction planning permit was issued for Anjoy's new frozen food production line project, which aims for an annual output of 140,000 tons. Located in Haicang District, the project covers 96,572.492 m² of land, with a total planned construction area of 186,077.52 m², consisting of two multi-story Class B2 factory buildings (including a single-story finished product cold storage), one raw material cold storage, and several supporting facilities. Once operational, it will achieve an annual output of 140,000 tons of frozen food, including 77,423 tons of prepared foods, 9,899 tons of ready-to-cook dishes, and 54,394 tons of noodle and rice products, with annual sales revenue of 1.8 billion yuan. This will be the largest frozen food production line at Anjoy’s headquarters.

The 2024 China Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival will take place from November 13 to 16 in Xiamen, Fujian Province. The festival will feature opening and award ceremonies, nominee recognition, film screenings, academic forums, the GRIFF Industry, industry seminars, and the Golden Rooster Film Project Market. This year’s festival will further advance film industry projects and public benefit initiatives, including a signing ceremony for Xiamen’s cultural and film industry projects, showcasing new developments. The film exhibition will expand beyond Xiamen to other cities across Fujian, as well as Beijing, Shenzhen, and Suzhou, bringing film culture to a broader audience. The Golden Rooster Film Life Festival will also be held, integrating film screenings, music, markets, and cultural tourism to make film culture a deeper part of city life, accelerating Xiamen's transformation into a “City of Film.”

2024年中国金鸡百花电影节将于11月13日至16日在福建省厦门市举办。电影节期间将举行开幕及颁奖、提名者表彰、电影展映、学术论坛、金鸡电影市场、电影界学习座谈会、金鸡电影创投大会等活动。今年电影节期间，将进一步深化推进几项电影产业和惠民活动。将举办厦门文化影视产业项目集中签约仪式，展示产业发展新成效；拓展影展范围，将影展从厦门拓展到全省各地市，以及北京、深圳、苏州等部分城市，让光影艺术惠及更多群众；将举办金鸡电影生活节，融合展映、音乐、市集、文旅等元素，策划系列活动让电影深度融入城市生活，加快打造厦门电影之城。

The recently issued "Kazan Declaration" from the 16th BRICS Summit commended the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center for its efforts in organizing events like the BRICS Forum on Partnership on New Industrial Revolution 2024, the BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest 2024, the BRICS New Industrial Revolution Exhibition 2024, and its training programs, and encouraged BRICS nations to actively participate in these initiatives. This marks the first explicit recognition of the efforts of the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center in a declaration issued by BRICS leaders. Since its establishment in 2020, the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center has hosted over 40 high-level international events, including the BRICS Forum on Partnership on New Industrial Revolution, BRICS Think Tank International Symposium and Global South Think Tank Dialogue. It has trained more than 300,000 people from over 100 countries through 80 training sessions and has developed eight industrial empowerment platforms supporting supply chain innovation. Additionally, the center has signed 105 BRICS cooperative projects with a total investment exceeding 47 billion yuan.

日前发表的《金砖国家领导人第十六次会晤喀山宣言》（简称“《喀山宣言》”）第76条提出，“我们赞赏金砖国家新工业革命伙伴关系创新基地在组织2024年金砖国家新工业革命伙伴关系论坛、2024年金砖国家工业创新大赛、2024年金砖国家新工业革命展览会和创新基地培训计划等方面所作努力，并鼓励金砖国家积极参与上述活动。”这是金砖国家领导人会晤所发表的宣言中首次明确对金砖国家新工业革命伙伴关系创新基地所作工作的肯定。自2020年启动建设以来，金砖创新基地累计举办和承办金砖国家新工业革命伙伴关系论坛、金砖国家智库国际研讨会、全球南方智库对话会等40多场高规格国际交流活动，开展80多场人才培训，覆盖逾百个国家超300万人次，围绕产业链供应链协同创新等领域建设8个新工业革命领域赋能平台；签约105个金砖合作项目，总投资额超470亿元。

A nasopharyngeal cancer diagnostic kit, P85-Ab, developed under Xiamen University’s leadership, has recently been approved for market release. Using a new serological marker, it raises early detection rates for nasopharyngeal cancer from 70% to 97.4%. Another diagnostic kit, the BNLF2b EB virus antibody test kit (based on magnetic particle chemiluminescence) developed by Xiamen University and Wantai BioPharm, is reportedly the first of its kind worldwide. The test kit operates by collecting blood, separating serum or plasma, and using an automated instrument to complete detection within 30 minutes, with results available in as little as one hour from blood collection.

厦门大学牵头研制的P85-Ab鼻咽癌诊断试剂盒近日获批上市。它采用全新的鼻咽癌血清学标志物，将早期鼻咽癌的检出率，从七成提高到97.4%。由厦门大学和万泰生物联合研制的EB病毒BNLF2b抗体检测试剂盒（磁微粒化学发光法），采用全新的鼻咽癌血清学标志物，据称是全球首创。据介绍，这个抗体检测试剂盒透过采集血液，分离血清或血浆后直接通过全自动的仪器进行检测，从上机到出结果的时间为半个小时，从采血到出报告的时间最快1小时。
